Extra Life started on February 2, 2020, initially operating on a single gaming platform. Over time, by the end of 2020, Extra Life had attracted over 8,000 members to its platform. To better support the community's goals, on April 1, 2021, Extra Life transitioned to a Limited Liability Company.
Since becoming an LLC, Extra Life's community has expanded significantly, now boasting over 20,000 members across various platforms.
